What areas do you service?

 

Primarily we service the city of Winnipeg and up to 100km beyond city limits. Properties located outside of city limits are subject to an additional $50 charge/each direction (plus applicable taxes).

We accept Interac e-Transfer, Cheque, and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

What can I expect during an Occupied Home Staging Consultation?

During the initial home staging consultation, the house is assessed as to what steps should be taken in order for it to look its best before hitting the market. Occupied Home Staging Consultations typically take up to 2 hours depending on the size of the home. We will leave detailed instructions for you including recommendations on new paint colours, repair & maintenance issues, furniture and accessory placement and suggestions on furniture/accessory purchases or rentals.

What can I expect during an Interior Redesign Consultation?

 

At the consultation we will discuss your spaces' needs and challenges, your design style, and anticipated end result. Consultations typically take up to 2 hours depending on how many spaces will be redesigned. We will leave detailed instructions for you regarding furniture, artwork and accessory placement and provide recommendations for some or all of the following: painting, purchasing new artwork, accessories, and/or window treatments.

What services are provided for Home Staging?

 

Some or all of the following services will be performed: rearranging furniture, decluttering, hanging/rehanging artwork, removing/replacing/rehanging window treatments, "shopping" your home for items that can be used for re-purposing, and other tasks that will add to your home's appeal. In some cases, recommendations for light cosmetic updates and/or the purchasing of new artwork/accessories/fixtures are made.

What services are provided for a Interior Redesign?

 

Some or all of the following services will be performed: identifying focal points, decluttering, rearranging furniture, hanging/rehanging artwork, removing/replacing/rehanging window treatments, accessorizing and final touches. We will "shop" your home for items that can be re-purposed from one space to another.

How long does it take to stage a home/redesign a space?

 

Staging and redesign times can vary depending on the size of the home and number of rooms. On average it takes approximately 3-4 hours.
